How early can we arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm to be seated for ceremony by 4:20 pm.

Do we need to pay for parking?

No. Parking is available and free at Riverway Clubhouse, however avoid parking in spaces reserved for club members.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We are aiming for an outdoor ceremony, so long as the weather is dry. Please prepare to be outside unless heavy rain is forecast the day of.

Do we need to wear certain footwear/walk on grass?

No. Riverway Clubhouse is situated on the golf course, however concrete paths are available for all clubhouse areas. Please do not walk or congregate on the grass areas.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes. There is coat stands/hangers available. Please hang raincoats and any informal outer wear here - the venue is ours for the day.

Is your ceremony unplugged?

Yes. Please silence cell phones and refrain from using yours during our ceremony.

Can we take our own photos or videos?

With exception to the ceremony, please feel free to capture any photos and videos your heart desires! We do have two photographers plus a videographer to do the hard work, so you don’t have to! Also, please refrain from live posting or uploading content - we want you to enjoy each moment.

Is there a baby change facility?

Yes. There is a baby change room located by the washrooms to the right-side of the building. It is also okay to bring baby food and bottles to Riverway Clubhouse, however bottle heating is not guaranteed.

When will we eat?

Appetizers will be available during Cocktail Hour and a buffet Dinner will be served from 6:15 pm.

Will I need cash?

No. Cash or credit is available at the bar area.

Do I need to bring a gift?

No. You do not need to buy or bring a physical gift. However, we will appreciate any cards and/or contributions to our honeymoon fund.

Do you have a Registry?

No. We have a home full of stuff already and we are asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund instead. Our fund is available on our website, or cash within a hongbao or card is wonderful too!

When does your Wedding end?

12:00 am. At this time guests will need to swiftly vacate the premises or we may be subjected to late-hour fees. Please ensure you have planned your trip home/back to your hotel.

Is there a shuttle home?

No. With guests staying all over the city this was not a feasible option. However, Uber and Lyft generally populate the area. Royal Oak or Edmonds are the nearest SkyTrain stations (to taxi to) with the last train leaving at 12:16 am on Sundays.*

Please note: under no circumstances can outside alcohol or recreational drugs be brought into or consumed on the premises. This may result in a hefty fine, plus guests potentially being asked to leave by the venue team.
